SquadNote (the “Service”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information.

“Personal information” means personal information as defined by Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, including information about a living individual that can identify that person through a name, email address, or other description.

• Name, email address, and profile image obtained through Google account authentication
• Organization names, practice schedules, attendance responses, comments, nicknames, and other information entered by users
• IP address, browser type, access date and time, cookies, and other information collected automatically when the Service is used

• Providing and operating the Service
• Responding to inquiries
• Sending information about new features, updates, and campaigns
• Communicating maintenance and other important notices
• Identifying and refusing access to users who violate the Terms or attempt improper use
• Letting users view, change, or delete registration information and review their usage
• Purposes incidental to the above

1. We change a purpose of use only when the new purpose is reasonably related to the previous purpose.
2. We notify users of the changed purpose by the prescribed method or publish it on this website.

1. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as permitted by law or when necessary to protect life, body, or property; promote public health or children’s sound development; or cooperate with legally prescribed duties of government bodies.
2. Attendance responses, comments, nicknames, and similar information are shared among members of the same organization to the extent necessary for the Service.

The Service stores data using Cloudflare infrastructure, including D1, Workers, and R2.

1. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information through the prescribed procedure.
2. We respond to valid access requests without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

We may use cookies to improve convenience and the Service. Users can disable cookies in their browser, but some features may become unavailable.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous information such as page views, referrers, visit times, and device types without using cookies.

On the web and mobile apps, Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine aggregates event types such as screen views, sign-ins, organization and schedule creation, sharing, and attendance responses. We do not include names, email addresses, free-text content, user IDs, device identifiers, or advertising IDs. Organization identifiers are pseudonymized before storage. This information is not used for advertising or cross-service tracking.

On the public landing page, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and key navigation clicks only after explicit consent. Query strings, personal or organization information, and free-text content are not sent. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Consent can be changed from Analytics settings at the bottom of the landing page.
