FAQ

Common questions

Does every member need an account?

No. Members can respond to a public practice from the shared link using only a display name. An account is optional for people who want their team schedule in one place.

Do we move our group chat into SquadNote?

No. Keep everyday conversation in LINE or your usual chat, then share SquadNote RSVP links and monthly overviews there.

What happens when capacity is reached?

When the waitlist is enabled, later Going responses enter the queue in order. The next person is promoted when a spot opens.

Can organizers work without the mobile app?

Yes. The main organizer tools are available in a web browser. Use the iPhone or Android app when mobile access and push notifications are useful.
